Yes! We pride ourselves on being a fully-staffed laundromat. Our friendly attendants are always on-site to help you use the machines, assist with the payment kiosk, and ensure the facility remains the cleanest laundromat in Mayfield Heights.
We have equipment for every load size, from your weekly basics to heavy-duty items. Our largest machine is a 90-pound washer that is perfect for king-sized comforters, sleeping bags, and bulky rugs that won't fit in a standard home machine.
Wash and Fold Questions
It’s simple! You drop your laundry off at our Mayfield Heights location and our professional staff handles everything: we sort your whites and colors, wash your clothes using high-quality detergents (and our Ozone sanitization system), dry them to perfection, and fold them neatly so they are ready to go right into your drawers.
Yes, we have a standard 10-pound minimum order for our wash and fold service.
Never. At Speed Cycle Express, we prioritize hygiene and privacy. Your laundry is always washed and dried in its own dedicated machines. It never mingles with anyone else's garments.
We use premium, name-brand detergents, softeners, and dryer sheets. However, if you have sensitive skin or a specific preference, we offer hypoallergenic/scent-free options. You can also include special instructions for specific items - like "spot treat this stain" - when you place your order.
Absolutely! We specialize in bulky items that are too large for home machines. While most laundry is charged by the pound, large items like King-sized comforters, sleeping bags, and heavy blankets are charged at a flat per-item rate to ensure they get the deep clean and extra drying time they need.
Our standard turnaround for wash and fold is 24 hours. If you need your laundry back sooner, ask us about our Same-Day Express service (available for orders dropped off by 9am).
Pickup and Delivery Questions
It’s as easy as a few clicks! Just hit the "Schedule a Pickup" button on our website. You’ll create a quick account, enter your address to confirm you're in our service area, and choose your preferred pickup and delivery days.
Not at all. Most of our customers prefer "contactless" service. Simply leave your laundry in a secure spot (front porch, back deck, unlocked garage, or with a concierge) and let us know where to find it in your order notes. We’ll text you the moment we’ve collected your bags and again when they are safely returned.
For your very first order, you can use any sturdy bag you have—disposable trash bags or reusable cinched bags work great. Just make sure they are closed tightly.
To keep our vans on the road and service efficient, we have a $25 minimum order for all pickup and delivery services.
Our standard service is Two-Day Delivery (approximately 48 hours). If we pick up on Monday, you’ll have your fresh, folded laundry back on Wednesday.
Note: Friday pickups are typically delivered on the following Monday.
Absolutely. When you set up your account, you can select your "Preferences" (like scent-free detergent or low-heat drying). You can also add "Special Instructions" to any specific order, such as "please hang-dry my yoga pants" or "spot-treat the grass stain on the kids' uniforms."
We keep it simple and paperless. You’ll enter your credit or debit card info when you sign up. We don't charge your card until your laundry is weighed and processed at our facility. You’ll receive a digital receipt via text or email as soon as the order is complete.
We love doing the "heavy lifting!" While everyday clothing is charged by the pound, bulky items like king-sized comforters, rugs, and sleeping bags are charged at a flat per-item rate. This ensures they get the dedicated machine space and extra drying time they require.
